Every family and youth has unique experiences and needs. Our trained parent coaches provide one-on-one, customized support to help families and youth build skills, confidence, and resilience.
Family & Youth Support is available to families expecting a baby or with children under 24, as well as youth under 24. Support can include building healthy routines and habits, navigating conflict, child development and new diagnoses, setting healthy boundaries, strengthening communication and connection, accessing resources, and working toward personal or family goals.
Support is tailored to your unique needs—because no two families are the same. Contact us for more information or to start with one of our in home supports.
Our fun and interactive programs support the social, emotional, physical, and cognitive development of children and youth through play, learning, and engaging activities.
Children and youth can build social skills, confidence, friendships, and explore their interests in a safe, welcoming environment with skilled staff and small group sizes.

Parent Education provides parents and caregivers with practical tools and support to build confidence, strengthen relationships, and encourage positive parenting practices.
Programs are available for expectant parents and caregivers of children and youth under 24, with daytime and evening options to fit busy schedules. Topics include parenting at different ages, blended and single parenting, self-esteem, stress management, and building healthy relationships.

Family Counselling provides support to individuals and families navigating challenges that impact family life. Our counselling services are part of a broader network of support for families. Services are provided through our Spoke Partner Wheatland County Counselling.
